RETURN & REFUND POLICY
General Policy
Because all products are custom-made and printed on-demand specifically for you, we do not accept returns or exchanges for non-defective items. This includes:
Change of mind
Incorrect size ordered
Incorrect color ordered
Items that do not match personal preference
Please carefully review your order details, including size, color, and design, before completing your purchase.
Defective or Damaged Products
If you receive a product that is defective, damaged, or printed incorrectly, we will gladly provide a replacement or refund. This includes:
Products with printing errors
Products damaged during production
Products damaged during shipping
Products with poor print quality
How to Report an Issue
To report a defective or damaged product:
Contact us within 30 days of receiving your product
Provide your order number
Include clear photos showing the defect or damage
Describe the issue in detail
Important: Photo evidence is required to process claims. You do not need to return the defective product.
Resolution Process
Once we receive your claim with photo evidence:
Our team will review your claim
If approved, we will offer either a free replacement or a full refund
Replacements will be produced and shipped as quickly as possible
Refunds will be processed within 5-7 business days and issued to your original payment method
What Is Not Covered
We cannot offer replacements or refunds for:
Minor print placement variations (within 0.5 inches)
Color variations due to different monitor/screen settings
Customer errors in design files, placement, or product specifications
Packages refused by the recipient or returned due to incorrect address provided by customer
